ORDERINGHow do I place an order?Choose the relevant product category and navigate to the product required. Add the required items/sizes to your basket and click the basket icon in the navigation bar to the top right. When ready to checkout your basket, simply click 'checkout' and then populate the address details on the checkout pages, ensuring your delivery and billing details are correct. Once you have done this click 'continue' and then choose your desired payment method on the payment page. Delivery The delivery charge for each order is £3.99, except where an order is placed in a free delivery window. Free Delivery Ordering Windows During these windows you will be able to order and collect from your nursery free of charge! During these periods, there will be a banner on the website to highlight the free click and collect service. To select, you will need to change the ‘delivery type’ under the delivery drop down box at checkout. Below are this years free delivery windows:

How secure is it to use my credit/debit card with online payments?Card details are sent directly to our card processing provider, encrypted using their SSL certificate. At no point in the ordering process are credit card details stored by this website. What is your returns policy?Click here to view our returns guide. What if I have forgotten my login details?You can reset your password usin the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page. If you are having difficulty with this please contact us and we will issue you a new password. The website tells me I need to enter a registration code, what is this?When registering your account with this website you are required to enter a registration code which is provided by your childcare provider. This validates your account and grants you access to the uniform range. Over time the registration code may change, after which you will see a notification when logging in prompting you to obtain a new registration code from your childcare provider and enter it into your account settings. Whilst your account does not have a valid registration code linked to it you will not be able to access the uniform range or place any orders. Account settings can be accessed at any time by clicking here, clicking either 'ACCOUNT' to the top right or 'My Account' in the footer of the website and then going to 'Settings'. On the 'My Account Settings' page you can enter your new registration code into the 'Registration Code' field. Note that this can only be added or amended on this page if your last-entered registration code is no longer valid.
